@hudini2 A Dremel tool or a hand drill is? what I would use.

@xosmvxo912 You have to drill it with some sort of rotary action; otherwise it will crack. I’d use a? hand drill if you don’t want to use power tools (but I love power tools, and every household needs to have a Dremel).
