I give the outside diameter for your reference. » Instructions « • Measure and cut two 1-1 lengths of chain (that’s 14 rings). • Open a 9mm jumpring. Attach your washer and one end of your chain to the jumpring. Close jumpring. Repeat this step with other jumpring. • Open a 5mm jumpring. Attach the other end of the chain to the washer as well as an earwire. Close jumpring. Repeat this
